Desktop /System engineer

We are seeking PC Refresh Technicians to support an enterprise-wide device refresh initiative across Amarillo, TX; Denver, CO; and Minneapolis, MN. Resources will work onsite under client direction, following established deployment standards, tools, and procedures. The role focuses on day-to-day PC refresh activities, including device staging, imaging, configuration, deployment, and transition from legacy systems.

Technicians will perform pre-deployment checks, coordinate with end users for device handoffs, and provide desk-side support, including first login assistance and basic troubleshooting for connectivity, peripherals, and profiles. Responsibilities also include collecting and processing legacy devices according to decommissioning policies, ensuring proper data validation, packaging, and asset tracking.

Candidates will maintain accurate documentation using CMDB, ticketing systems, and tracking tools, while participating in regular coordination meetings. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with hands-on experience in PC refresh, troubleshooting, and end-user support.

This role requires adherence to defined processes without introducing new tools or procedures independently. Ideal candidates can work efficiently in onsite environments and collaborate effectively with local teams.
