Job description

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join a large enterprise organization undergoing a major Agile transformation. This is a high-impact role where you'll help teams deliver work more efficiently, improve collaboration, and strengthen Agile practices across multiple cross-functional teams.

You'll step into a fast-paced environment where execution matters-helping teams stay focused, remove blockers, and continuously improve delivery outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Coach teams on Agile principles to improve delivery speed, quality, and accountability
  • Identify and remove obstacles that slow down team progress
  • Support coordination between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
  • Track sprint progress and clearly communicate status, risks, and outcomes
  • Encourage a culture of transparency, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Help teams balance scope, timeline, and quality in a dynamic environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Additional hands-on experience working in Agile project delivery teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (engineering, product, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required

Nice to Have

  • Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSP)
  • Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
  • Exposure to Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
  • Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives
