Job description

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Cloud Connect tools.
  • Develop and optimize Workday Advanced Reports, matrices, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Workday functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
  • Support integration lifecycle management, including version control, documentation, and release management.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security compliance, and adherence to Workday integration best practices.
  • Collaborate on system enhancements, testing cycles, and Workday biannual release activities.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with Workday certification and 5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Studio and EIB, as well as a strong understanding of HR processes.

In addition, the successful candidate should be a proactive thinker-not just an executor-who can suggest improvements, embrace feedback, and independently determine the best path forward., * Workday Certification.

  • 5+ years of hands-on integration development experience within Workday.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday Studio and EIB.
  • Solid understanding of Workday data structures, security, and integration frameworks.
  • Preferred Skills: Orchestration Builder, Workday Exend
  • Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities., * Experience working in large enterprise or global Workday environments.
  • Familiarity with Workday functional modules and cross-functional HR processes.
  • Prior consulting or contract experience supporting multi-phase Workday projects.
