ISP Engineer

We re looking for an experienced ISP Engineer to lead largescale modernization, retrofit, upgrade, and construction initiatives across multiple sites. What You ll Lead

You ll own the full lifecycle of datacenter projects, including:

• Managing retrofit, upgrade, modernization, and new construction initiatives
• Developing detailed project plans, scopes, schedules, and milestones
• Coordinating across IT, Facilities, Engineering, Operations, and external partners
• Ensuring every project aligns with business goals and longterm scalability

This is a handson leadership role where you ll guide teams, vendors, and stakeholders through complex technical and operational challenges.

What You ll Drive

Audits, Assessments & Compliance

You ll lead deepdive assessments of:

• Power systems (UPS, generators, switchgear)
• Cooling (CRAC/CRAH, liquid cooling, containment)
• Space, capacity, and rack planning
• Structured cabling and network infrastructure

You ll ensure compliance with industry standards including Uptime Institute Tier I IV, ISO 27001, SOC, TIA942, NFPA, and local regulations and translate findings into actionable remediation plans.

Vendor & Contractor Leadership

You ll manage:

• Vendors, contractors, integrators, and construction partners
• SOWs, SLAs, contracts, and change orders
• Performance, safety, quality, and escalations

Construction & Facilities Oversight

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field
• 8+ years managing datacenter infrastructure or construction projects
• Experience with retrofits, liveenvironment upgrades, and multivendor delivery
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, power, cooling, and building infrastructure
• Handson experience with audits, compliance, and standards
