Design and build performant analytical datasets using advanced SQL and modern modeling practices
Develop and maintain data models in DBT, including testing, documentation, and lineage
Optimize data workflows within Snowflake, balancing performance and cost efficiency
Translate Sales/Revenue business requirements into scalable data products and dashboards
Support CI/CD-driven analytics development (version control, code reviews, deployment pipelines)
Deliver executive-ready reporting for pipeline, forecasting, quota attainment, and revenue performance

5+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or advanced BI within a modern data stack
Advanced SQL expertise with strong data modeling fundamentals (star/snowflake schemas, fact/dimension design, incremental models, medallion architecture)
Hands-on experience with DBT (or equivalent transformation frameworks)
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses (performance tuning, cost optimization)
Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and deliver trusted analytical assets
Experience working in CI/CD-enabled data environments
Experience supporting Sales Ops, RevOps, or Commercial Analytics teams
Experience modeling CRM data (e.g., Salesforce)
