Java Tech Lead (Microservices / AWS)

• Leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

• Owning delivery, risks, and technical quality across the lifecycle
• Leading Agile ceremonies and ensuring best practices across the team
• Supporting integration across backend, frontend, and platform teams

We're looking for a hands-on Java Technical Lead to drive delivery across a high-performing engineering team, working on scalable, cloud-native microservices within a complex enterprise environment.

This is a lead-from-the-front role, ideal for someone who can own architecture, guide developers, and ensure delivery across a team of 5-6 engineers.

???? Key Requirements

• Proven experience leading development teams (5-6 engineers minimum)
• Strong Java + Spring Boot Microservices expertise
• Hands-on with AWS (EKS, ECS), Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Kafka (event-driven architecture)
• Strong knowledge of API design (REST/SOAP) & integration
• Experience with MongoDB + PostgreSQL/Aurora
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, JIRA)
• Understanding of microservices architecture & design patterns
• Experience with OAuth, SSO, API security
• Strong debugging, performance tuning & stakeholder coordination skills

• Exposure to MuleSoft / API Gateway platforms
• Frontend awareness (ReactJS)
