Job description

We're seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to drive the successful adoption of our SAP ERP implementation. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while working alongside passionate professionals committed to enhancing business performance and empowering our workforce., * Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to SAP ERP transformation
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement plans across business units and geographies
- Lead the design and delivery of communication campaigns to build awareness and alignment
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies
- Partner with training teams to design and deliver SAP-specific enablement programs, including role-based training and job aids
- Establish and monitor change adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and feedback loops
- Identify and manage resistance to change, providing coaching and support to leaders and change agents
- Ensure alignment between change management activities and overall program milestones
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in change management, with at least 3 years supporting SAP ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC)
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., PMP, Prosci, ADKAR) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and their impact on business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR)
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, global, and matrixed environments
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree or MBA
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Enable Now or similar tools
- Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and LMS systems
