AI Governance Manager

AI Governance Analyst to support enterprise AI initiatives by ensuring proper governance, documentation, and compliance across use cases. This role partners with data science, IT, and risk teams to align AI work with NIST AI RMF, SDLC, and internal control standards.

Support and improve AI governance processes and standards

Track governance checkpoints, approvals, and documentation

Prepare and review governance artifacts (risk, controls, testing, monitoring)

Partner with business, data, and IT teams to ensure compliance

Support SDLC, ITGCs, and audit-ready documentation

Prepare materials for governance boards and reporting

Experience in governance, risk, compliance, audit, or program coordination

Exposure to SDLC and enterprise documentation practices

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work cross-functionally in tech/data environments

Nice to Have

AI/ML or data analytics exposure

NIST AI RMF familiarity

ITGC or audit experience

Experience supporting governance boards
