Job description

  • Develop rapid prototypes and demonstrations using in?market AI models and tools to inform decision?making and accelerate adoption.
  • Build tools and methodologies to test and evaluate emerging AI models, APIs, and platforms for production or operational use with emphasis on visual storytelling.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and iterate on technology and approach based on feedback.
  • Document and communicate key learnings, methods, and usage instructions to enable reuse by other teams.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on state?of?the?art AI techniques and production technologies to assess new capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Optimize and adapt AI systems for quality, efficiency, and controllability to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Define requirements and provide technical direction to vendors and external partners supporting engineering and implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to adapt across a wide range of technology tools.
  • Experience in creative, media, or film production technology environments.
  • Strong proficiency with generative AI models for imagery and video.
  • Ability to problem?solve, debug, refine, and evaluate prototypes with minimal supervision.
  • Strong collaboration skills across creative and technical teams.
  • Ability to balance technical capabilities with a human? and creativity?centered filmmaking approach.
  • Comfort working in iterative, feedback?driven environments with evolving ideas and ambiguous inputs.
  • Experience with real?time or game engine technologies such as Unreal or Unity (preferred).
  • Familiarity with film and television production pipelines and processes (preferred).
  • Experience working with ComfyUI (preferred).
  • Ability to work deeply with generative AI video models, write production?level code, and perform model fine?tuning such as LoRA training (preferred).

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
