Job description
- Own and manage integrated release calendars across teams and applications
- Drive release planning, execution, and cutover activities
- Manage dependencies, risks, and conflicts across teams
- Lead release governance, gates, and go/no-go decisions
- Facilitate release calls and post-release stabilization
- Provide status, risk, and readiness reporting to stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations
Requirements
- Release Management & Orchestration: End-to-end enterprise release planning, execution, governance, multi-application releases, integrated release calendars
- Agile / SAFe Framework: Hands-on SAFe environment experience, Release Train coordination, Agile delivery execution
- Dependency, Risk & Change Management: Cross-team dependency tracking, risk mitigation, conflict resolution, change control, release governance
- Release Planning & Execution: Release readiness, cutover management, go/no-go decisions, release gates, compliance checkpoints
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Strong cross-functional coordination, executive reporting, stakeholder alignment
- DevOps & CI/CD Understanding: CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, environment management
- Tools & ALM Platforms: Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Azure DevOps, * SAFe Certification (RTE / Agilist)
- BFSI / regulated industry experience
- ITIL / Change Management exposure
