Job description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for crossfunctional teams. This role will support teams in adopting and strengthening Lean and Agile practices while improving delivery efficiency, predictability, and transparency. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, release planning, and blocker resolution while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and highperforming team environment., * Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a defined product or feature area.

  • Coach teams and individuals on Lean and Agile principles to enhance productivity, predictability, and visibility.
  • Guide teams through Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Managers to promote Agile benefits such as improved project control, risk reduction, faster delivery, and transparency.
  • Identify, track, and escalate complex or crossteam impediments and work with leadership to resolve them.
  • Prepare teams for crossteam feature planning and alignment sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Provide input to development managers regarding resourcing needs and critical delivery bottlenecks.
  • Ensure teams follow best practices, tools, and quality processes (e.g., Epic/Story kickoffs, pair programming, automated testing).
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate team performance metrics, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and report outcomes and productivity gains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a master s degree with up to 2 years of experience, or equivalent professional experience (up to 10 years without a degree).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in project coordination, Agile delivery, and technologydriven environments.
  • Demonstrated integrity with a focus on collaboration, innovation, execution, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to take on additional responsibilities as required.
