Senior Reliability Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer at the Geel site - the largest small molecule API production site in our supply chain. Come and join our Global Engineering & Technology (GET) organization and help ensure lifesaving medicines reach patients safely and reliably., As a Senior Reliability Engineer your main goal is to enable breakthrough improvements to the manufacturing processes with regards to efficiency, productivity and reliability of our equipment and systems. You will work closely together with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Maintenance departments. The Reliability Engineer is a member of the Geel GET (Global Engineering and Technology) Maintenance & Reliability Team., * Driving improvements in manufacturing equipment reliability performance by developing a long-term asset plan and aligning strategies across business units

• Analyzing reliability performance, subsequently driving root cause elimination and initiating capital projects
• Driving technological innovation within reliability using digital solutions
• Engaging with local maintenance teams, supporting and stimulating a proactive culture
• Leading reliability projects and initiatives to develop standards across the equipment lifecycle (i.e. using RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) methodology)., Employees are vital to our organization. • An Engineering or Science MSc degree or equal by experience and a strong interest in all aspects of Maintenance & Reliability.
• An innovative drive to make the difference and achieve results. Combination of analytical and technical skills to understand and solve complex issues as well as derive related business needs.
• Decisiveness and brainpower to deal with various issues and projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in maintenance and project management are a strong advantage.
• Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality
• Fluent in Dutch and English
