TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, dedicated to supporting a government-focused technology program. This program is committed to delivering top-tier engineering services on the ServiceNow platform., The Software Engineer will be involved in planning system and deployment strategies, ensuring adherence to software compliance standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, developing and deploying updates, customizing applications, and configuring workflows. The role involves collaboration with developers to address configuration requests, identifying system deficiencies, and recommending solutions. The engineer will ensure reliability across development environments, participate in production support, document system corrections, and stay informed on new technologies. Additionally, the engineer will evaluate system interfaces and contribute to enterprise-wide software solutions.
Requirements
Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.
Requirements: 16 yrs+, * Minimum of sixteen years relevant experience with Bachelor's or Master's degrees
- At least five years of hands-on experience developing ServiceNow products
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR Module, CSM, Asset Management, Change Management, and Customer Development
- Experience with JavaScript and other coding applications
- Database Administration experience (Oracle or MySQL)
- Ability to estimate work effort requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment
- Adaptability to a constantly changing environment
- Willingness to work with emerging technologies and tools
- Ability to deliver enhanced functionality and provide continuous support within the scheduled time
- High degree of initiative, creativity, and technical ability
- Capability to identify issues and implement corrective actions, * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- IT project management experience
- Familiarity with Scrum, Lean, Agile, and DevOps
- Experience with Java, Ruby, DevOps, and DevSecOps
Benefits & conditions
Benefit Details Base Salary $203,000 - $245,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. Training Budget 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget New Hire Bonus $5,000 new hire bonus

Benefit Value Details Base Salary $245,000 Base salary for position. Retirement $36,750 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Benefits Budget $49,000 20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonus $12,250 Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average. Training Budget $2,500 Annual training budget. Training Hours $2,800 3 paid days for training. Phone Stipend $1,200 $100 monthly cell phone stipend.
