We're partnering with an early-stage AI product company that is building software at the intersection of AI, sales, and go-to-market operations. The company is less than 2 years old, generating upwards of €500k ARR from enterprise customers, and is now entering its next phase of growth. The founding team has built strong commercial traction and a working product, but engineering capacity has become the key bottleneck. They are now hiring a Founding Engineer to work directly with the founder and help scale the platform. This is a rare opportunity to join a very early-stage, revenue-generating startup as one of the first technical hires and play a central role in shaping the product, architecture, and future engineering team.
