Job description
- Design and enhance CIJ-driven customer and marketing workflows
- Build and maintain Dataverse data models and Model-Driven Apps
- Develop Power Automate flows and customer interaction processes
- Create Liquid templates and HTML for customer communications
- Implement JavaScript/TypeScript and C# plugin customizations
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CIJ and marketing automation workflows
- Strong Power Platform expertise (Dataverse, Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps)
- Experience with Liquid templating and HTML for customer journeys
- Ability to build integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or REST APIs
- Comfort operating in a techno-functional, client-facing role
