We are seeking a Lead Delivery Leadership Consultant - OCM Strategist to join our fun and collaborative team. This role is designed for a seasoned, organized change leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about driving large?scale, sustainable transformation.
As a Lead OCM Strategist, you will define and own the enterprise change strategy for digital, product, and agile transformations, ensuring consistent adoption across multiple teams transitioning concurrently. You will align senior leadership, establish governance and decision-making structures, and ensure change is embedded in delivery and sustained over time. This role is accountable for achieving adoption outcomes across the organization, not just defining change strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess product/project management skills and expertise in at least two of the following areas: Agile Frameworks, Product Management, or Process Improvement. You will be responsible for supporting business development initiatives, delivering thought leadership content, and contributing to the development of our practice strategy.
Day-to-day, you will:
Lead Enterprise Organizational Change Management:
- Define and lead the overall change management strategy for Digital, Product & Agile transformations
- Define roles, decision rights, and governance structures to support sustained adoption
- Translate business objectives into a clear, compelling case for change and adoption roadmap
- Align change efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives to minimize confusion and change fatigue
- Ensure the change strategy integrates with existing initiatives and operating rhythms
- Partner with executive & product leadership to drive alignment on priorities, sequencing, and timing
- Support and activate change champions across teams and leadership
- Identify systemic adoption risks, resistance patterns, and barriers across teams and drive resolution
Agile Methodology/Product Management/Process Improvement
- Apply expertise in Agile, product management, or process improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness in client engagements
- Utilize Agile principles to enable iterative and adaptive approaches to project delivery
- Lead workshops and facilitate sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with clients to streamline workflows, optimize resources, and enhance performance
Coach and Develop Teams
- Interview, hire, develop, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional results
- Guide and align OCM execution across teams, ensuring consistency while allowing for contextual adaptation
- Coach and support Product, Agile, and delivery teams to embed new behaviors
- Establish standards, tooling, and guidance to support disciplined OCM execution
Communication and Engagement:
- Design and implement enterprise-wide and targeted communication strategies, stakeholder engagement models, and adoption approaches
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across multiple teams transitioning concurrently
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track adoption metrics tied to behavior change and business outcomes
- Monitor adoption trends across teams, identify systemic issues, and drive course correction
- Identify risks, resistance, and change fatigue early and enable proactive intervention
Delivery Leadership & Consulting Excellence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders throughout the transformation
- Lead change governance forums and drive decision-making alignment
- Provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, and adoption trends
- Partner closely with Product Coaches, Agile Coaches, and enablement teams to integrate change into delivery
- Govern quality and consistency of execution across teams and workstreams
- Advise leaders on course corrections to improve adoption and sustainability
Business Development & Practice Contribution
- Partner with Sales and Consulting leaders to shape and sell engagements
- Support proposal development, solution design, and executive presentations
- Contribute to the evolution of AIM's Delivery Leadership and OCM offerings
Thought Leadership and Practice Development
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including articles, whitepapers, and presentations on topics related to organizational change management and other disciplines
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging best practices, and innovative OCM delivery leadership approaches
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine practice methodologies, tools, and frameworks
Requirements

You take charge, are viewed as a leader among any team you work with, and consistently deliver exceptional results and great ideas., * 10+ years of experience in organizational change management within complex, multi-team transformations, with exposure to digital, product, agile, or process improvement
- 5+ years of management consulting experience with proven ownership of end-to-end OCM workstreams and change strategy tied to business outcomes, with the ability to operate independently
- Experience leading enterprise or large-scale transformations across multiple teams
- Strong experience working with executive stakeholders, with the ability to influence without authority, challenge thinking, and drive alignment
- Experience embedding OCM into delivery, partnering closely with product, agile, and cross-functional teams, rather than operating as a separate workstream
- Strong command of change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent, with the ability to tailor approach pragmatically
- Experience conducting stakeholder, impact, and readiness analyses and translating insights into actionable plans
- Ability to identify and address systemic adoption risks across multiple teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with strong executive presence and consulting EQ
- Familiarity with delivery and product tooling (e.g., Jira, ADO)
- Demonstrated success in business development, including contributing to or leading sales efforts
- Relevant certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, or Agile
- Bachelor's degree or MBA
Benefits & conditions
The OTE compensation range for this role is $155,000-$190,000 and is comprised of base salary and bonus with YoY growth. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
