Job description
- Designing, engineering, and documenting advanced configurations for Windows servers and Office 365.
- Leading complex server migrations, installations, and decommissions.
- Developing hybrid on-premise and Azure environments that drive business success.
- Providing mentorship to junior IT team members and influencing technical strategy.
- Configuring and troubleshooting enterprise storage, backup solutions, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Supporting multi-software applications and collaborating with third-party vendors.
- Automating processes with PowerShell scripting for efficient operations.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Windows servers, Office 365, and Azure hybrid configurations.
- At least 7 years of related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of SAN/NAS storage, RAID configurations, and backup strategies.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell).
- Exceptional communication skills to interface with stakeholders and leadership.
- Certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred.
