Requirements
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with experience in HR systems configuration, business process design, and data/reporting. You will be part of an HR Technology team responsible for optimizing and supporting HR systems. You will be involved in system configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting/analytics development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in Workday configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in configuration of HRIS or ERP systems., * A Systems Thinker. You enjoy untangling complex problems and designing elegant solutions.

- Lifecycle Implementations: Experience leading full lifecycle implementations, including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analytical Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities within integrated HR systems.
- Reporting Strategy: Expertise in designing reporting strategies, including dashboards and HR analytics.
- Technical Expertise
- Platform Configuration: Advanced Workday configuration experience.
- System Integrations: Strong understanding of cross-functional system integrations.
- Data Analysis: Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency utilizing formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modeling.
- Release Management: Experience managing system releases and feature adoption cycles.

Must Have's:
- 5+ years of HRIS / ERP experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience configuring Workday
- Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Project and process management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have's:
- Workday certifications
- Experience supporting system implementations or M&A integrations
- Experience with HR analytics or BI tools
