Job description
As a Workday Solution Architect, you will serve as a key functional and technical leader responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting enterprise Workday solutions to meet evolving business objectives. You will play a critical role in large scale data migration activities, particularly through heavy use of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), while driving configuration enhancements across core HR and talent modules and supporting ongoing operational and annual program needs., * Design, create, and load complex EIBs to support large scale data migration and ongoing operational updates.
- Configure and enhance Workday business processes to improve efficiency and meet business requirements.
- Configure and maintain Job Templates and related Workday framework components.
- Lead functional and regression testing for enhancements, projects, and Workday releases.
- Partner with integration and technology teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Support configuration across multiple Workday domains including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Talent.
- Work within an Agile delivery model to provide iterative, business focused solutions.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven experience configuring solutions within the Workday platform.
- Extensive hands on experience creating and loading EIBs, including Hire/Rehire, Job Changes, Compensation Changes, and Contingent Worker processes.
- Strong functional expertise in one or more Workday domains such as HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, or Talent Management.
- Experience supporting data migration activities from third party HR or payroll systems.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum based delivery environments.
- Strong ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency with Office 365 tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
