Security Engineer, SSO

As a Security Engineer specializing in Single Sign On (SSO), you will design, implement, and support secure identity and access management solutions for enterprise environments. You will work hands on with SSO platforms, containerized technologies, and modern security tooling to protect applications and infrastructure, while proactively monitoring emerging threats and ensuring strong authentication, availability, and reliability., * Design, implement, and support SSO solutions using enterprise identity platforms.

• Administer and troubleshoot identity services including authentication, authorization, and access flows.
• Support containerized environments and identity integrations within Kubernetes and Docker platforms.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation to support security operations and integrations.
• Monitor emerging security threats and assist in developing detection and mitigation mechanisms.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using logs, network traces, and security tooling.
• Support network and application security including VPN, firewall, and intrusion prevention technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to maintain strong client assurance and confidence.
• Work independently to resolve complex security and identity issues in production environments.

• 2 5 years of hands on security implementation experience.
• Strong experience with SSO and identity platforms such as PingFederate, PingID, and PingAccess.
• Hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in secure environments.
• Scripting or development experience using Python or similar languages.
• Working knowledge of Linux systems, networking, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with intrusion detection or prevention, application layer security, and threat analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and self starter mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with passwordless authentication solutions is a plus.
