Job description
We are seeking a Software & Hardware Administrator who is bright, focused, solution-oriented, and customer-service driven. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and effectiveness of all technology systems across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the digital integrity of the company and supporting day-to-day operations through reliable technology., * Maintain a safe, stable, and secure technical environment across the organization
- Support employee and resident satisfaction through effective use of software and hardware systems
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications
- Assist with hardware deployment, setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Accurately track, manage, and inventory IT equipment and technology assets
- Respond to and manage both remote and onsite support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Review and assist with system documentation, feasibility assessments, design, and testing
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to deliver best-in-class software training for employees
- Identify opportunities to maximize system capabilities and improve operational efficiency
- Deliver consistent, professional, and high-quality internal customer service
- Periodically travel to company properties for on-site technical support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Prior experience in Information Technology required
- Experience in Property Management is a plus
- Experience with Entrata Property Management Software is a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML and Python is a plus
- Basic understanding of Domains, DNS, TCP/IP, and website fundamentals is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and employee relations skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Highly self-motivated with superior attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
