Job description

The IS Support Coordinator II is a step up from Coordinator I - this role takes on real workstream ownership and operates with significantly more independence. You won't be waiting to be told what to do next; you'll be the one keeping multiple project threads moving, keeping stakeholders informed, and catching problems before they land on someone else's desk. This role works directly across IS throughout the entire agency - and regularly utilizes and supports systems like Monday (project tracking), eHana (EHR), Microsoft Office 365. If you like having ownership over outcomes and working in an environment where the work actually matters, this is a good fit., * Coordinating multiple project workstreams simultaneously - timelines, milestones, and deliverables tracked in Monday

  • Facilitating project meetings and owning follow-through on action items across IS and the whole agency
  • Serving as a primary liaison between IS and program departments - keeping stakeholders informed without being asked
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications
  • Identifying project risks and dependencies early - recommending mitigation before issues escalate
  • Handling various enterprise application support requests including eHana (EHR) Check Requests, etc. within SLA guidelines
  • Supporting QM/UM report cycles - gathering billing data, incident reports, patient feedback, and treatment efficacy information
  • Contributing to EHR compliance audit preparation - organizing materials and ensuring readiness ahead of reviews
  • Preparing and cleaning data ahead of IS application development cycles
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of IS project management practices and templates, p ","name":"Monica Howe","title":"Site Manager","location":"Vocational Services, Prospect Meadow Farm, Hatfield","avatar":"https://d2zpdrfrohaf9r.cloudfront.net/system/images/991627/original/Monica.JPG"},{"testimonial":" p I know from personal experience what a positive difference shelter programs can make in people's lives. After my wife and I 'graduated' from ServiceNet's family shelter, I knew this was the work I wanted to do. I treat people the way they should be treated, and that all starts with respect. The people I work with are adults; no matter where they came from, I don't judge. I listen, let them know they can trust me. And it's that relationship that can make all the difference as people start getting their lives back together. /p ","name":"Danny Gomez","title":"Shelter Counselor","location":"Shelter & Housing Services, Emergency Shelter, Pittsfield","avatar":"https://d2zpdrfrohaf9r.cloudfront.net/system/images/991628/original/Danny.JPG"},{"testimonial":" p I bring my values into play in the work I do here at the clinic-in the connections I make with clients and with others on our team. It's important to me to use my skills in a way that can make a difference in the world. Witnessing a client achieve their personal goal or face a challenge that had seemed insurmountable is the joy for me. As is being part of a team where our leaders encourage us to balance productivity with personal growth, building relationships, and slowing down enough to express appreciation. Parents are parents anywhere you go. My job is to help them help their child, advocate for their child, and move forward on this journey. /p ","name":"Joyce Onafowokan","title":"Developmental Specialist","location":"REACH Early Intervention Program","avatar":"https://d2zpdrfrohaf9r.cloudfront.net/system/images/991630/original/Joyce.JPG"}],"highlightColor":"#711370"}" />, The Staff Accountant II is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of balance sheet accounts across the organization.
