ERP Trainer (Manufacturing ERP - Epicor)

Join an operations team supporting ERP adoption across manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on delivering ERP system training, developing user documentation, and supporting system usage improvements across production and operational teams., * Serve as the primary ERP subject matter expert and internal trainer across manufacturing facilities

• Develop and deliver ERP end-user training programs, SOPs, and documentation
• Train new users and support ongoing ERP adoption across operational teams
• Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify improvements in ERP system usage
• Partner with operations, purchasing, planning, and inventory teams to optimize system functionality
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Assist with ERP system testing, validation, and rollout activities
• Maintain accurate documentation related to ERP configurations and process changes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles
• Travel to manufacturing sites to deliver training and provide operational support

The ideal candidate will be a manufacturing ERP super user with strong hands-on system knowledge and the ability to train end users and support continuous improvement initiatives., * Experience working in a manufacturing environment

• Experience serving as an ERP Super User or Key User
• Experience supporting ERP training or system adoption
• Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems such as:
• Epicor (Preferred)
• SAP
• Oracle
• Infor
• Experience developing training materials and documentation
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows including:
• Inventory
• Purchasing
• Planning
• Shipping/Receiving
• Strong communication and training skills
• Ability to travel between manufacturing facilities
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Epicor ERP
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles
• Experience supporting ERP validation and testing
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
• Experience supporting ERP workflow improvements

• Estimated salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 base
• Final salary will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
• Work Schedule: 100% Onsite
