Job description
Administer and optimise Salesforce systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings within Salesforce. Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes. Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support across departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business goals. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to enhance system functionality.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and work independently. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams. A learner's mindset with adaptability to new tools and processes. Experience in data management, including importing/exporting data and maintaining data integrity. Familiarity with automation tools like Process Builder or Flow., FinTech experience is a bonus but not essential., Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator) are highly desirable.
