Job description
The Scrum Master is an agile practitioner responsible for enabling teams to apply agile principles and deliver business and technology solutions for the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business. Focus areas include Quote to Cash, Issue to Resolution, Technical Support, Field Service, and Sales. This role ensures consistent delivery, removes obstacles, manages dependencies, and drives continuous improvement in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint execution.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and resolve roadblocks.
- Collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor team members on Agile best practices.
- Define user stories and tasks with the team.
- Monitor Agile metrics to improve delivery.
- Lead end-to-end software development projects.
- Recommend enhancements based on Agile trends.

Background in service organizations or healthcare is a plus.

Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent work experience.
