Job description

The PAT Data Specialist works under the general supervision of the PAT Coordinator to organize, manage, analyze and report on the data requirements related to the PAT program. Responsibilities include entering data into VISIT TRACKER and the various PAT databases, compiling required reports, and providing data in an accurate and timely fashion to the PAT staff and Executive Director. Compliance with PAT essential requirements and guidelines. The PAT Data Specialist holds and demonstrates a strong belief in the mission and vision of the PAT program and all CCC programs., Proceeds information regarding missing data to PAT Coordinator and Parent Educators.

Ensures data is accurate, timely, and shared with PAT team and Executive Director.

Works with the PAT Team to implement long and short-range plans for the development of the PAT Program services.

Provides timely statistical, evaluative and activity reports on the Program, collecting and compiling data as requested.

Works collaboratively with CCC staff, partners, Community Groups, and PAT partners

Attends and participates in agency and department staff meetings,

Represents CCC at meetings and other identified state committees and workgroups.

Attends seminars, trainings, and conferences as assigned.

Regularly reports activities, successes, and challenges to PAT Coordinator.

Represents CCC, Inc. and its programs at community events.

Promotes and supports the mission, values, and goals of CCC maintaining high performance standards.

Requirements

Ability to enter data accurately and timely.

Ability to pull and analyze reports.

Attention to detail, organized, sense of humor, ability to work and produce within tight deadlines.

Ability to understand, analyze, and make recommendations for systems improvements.

Extensive knowledge of York County Human Services and Community Services, including Child Care Works, Early Intervention, Head/Early Start, Library System and others.

Ability to work effectively and respectfully with a diverse population.

Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Understanding of confidentiality issues and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all working relationships.

Ability to prioritize among competing demands effectively and appropriately.

Ability to independently plan, organize, and complete assigned work correctly and professionally.

Ability to foster team building and to work effectively in various roles on a team.

Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette, listening skills, and the ability to respond sensitively and empathetically to the needs of others.

Proficient computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations (MSOffice preferred), * Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

  • Experience with Visit Tracker and other PAT databases preferred.
  • Experience with the Parent As Teachers Model, strongly preferred.
  • Bi-Lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Ethical, trustworthy, and confidential with sensitive information for clients, providers, and the agency

Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing.

Ability to work effectively with others including CCC staff, families, PAT State and National Offices ELRC, and community partners.

Ability to handle caseload of families in a professional manner with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Valid PA Driver license, ability to travel independently, with a reliable form of transportation, throughout the service area.

Normal physical demands associated with work in an office environment, including lifting, bending, and carrying.
