Job description
AcqCentric is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our team! This role will provide support to the THAAD Ground Systems Directorate, to include tasks related to design, production, fielding, & sustainment of THAAD batteries., * Develop new and foster existing critical interfaces with other MDA Systems Engineering activities and/or Product Offices; ensure we are coordinating across the THAAD Project Office (TPO) to prioritize, pursue and realize the right capabilities at the right times; and organize and set agendas for PDPWGs, IETRs and IPRs
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in support of THAAD acquisition processes, to include THAAD's transition to a new incremental development and delivery construct
- Facilitate and perform as the senior Contractor support to government IPTs and functional areas, attend meetings as POC/SME for the THAAD Development team, support development of strategy for future capability development, and support development of high visibility communications and briefings
- Conduct senior-level budget and spend plan analysis; coordinate with Functional Integrators (FIs) and Cost Estimators for funding execution and Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) development; support Earned Value analysis; perform schedule analysis and coordinate across TPO on the THAAD Integrated Program Schedule (TIPS)
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance and ability to maintain one
- MS/MA with 12+ years' experience or BS/BA with 20+ years' experience
- Prior MDA experience
- Proficient with program and schedule management tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Ability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel
- Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook (e-mail and calendar)
- Understanding and application of sound engineering and analysis principles related to component design, interoperability, technology protection, and risk mitigation
- Must be able to work within a collaborative environment composed of Military, Government Civilian, Prime Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Supporting Contractor personnel
- This position requires a high level of detail and constant communication with Government leadership on program planning and for the overall THAAD program schedule to include major milestones, activities, events, deliveries, and integration points, * Experience with Agile processes within DoD Agencies and/or Services
- Prior work experience in a Service or DoD Agency-level Program Office
- THAAD Weapon System experience and knowledge
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Office experience
