Regional Project Manager (Telecom / Fiber)

We are seeking a Regional Project Manager to lead fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) premise wiring and fiber optic splicing projects across the Kansas region. This role is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, coordinating field operations, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

What You'll Do

• Manage telecom construction projects from planning through close-out
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track project schedules, milestones, and completion progress
• Prepare and deliver project status reports
• Review production invoices and verify supporting documentation
• Manage submittals, requisitions, and change orders
• Provide technical and operational support to field teams
• Coordinate fiber testing requirements and documentation
• Oversee inventory, tools, equipment, and fleet operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Telecommunications cable splicing?, * 5+ years of project management experience (preferred)

• 1-3 years of telecom or network infrastructure experience (preferred)
• 5+ years of fiber optic splicing experience (required)
• Fiber optic testing experience (required)
• FTTH premise wiring experience preferred (CAT5, CAT6, COAX)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel regionally as needed
• Must be able to participate in an FMCSA-compliant drug and alcohol program, * fiber optic splicing: 5 years (Required)
• fiber optic testing (OTDR, power meter, etc): 5 years (Required)
• Telecom Project Management: 3 years (Required)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
