  • Troubleshoot software problems related to Microsoft Office, enterprise applications - simple IT issues such as Printers and Network related concerns.
  • Manage computer hardware assets and perform regular maintenance on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Configure and support computer networking components such as LANs, VPNs, firewalls, DNS settings, TCP/IP protocols, and network administration tools like Meraki.
  • Work on updating our website - experience with Shopify and Adobe is a must

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering IT support with a strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows and macOS), and software troubleshooting techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach; capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong analysis skills for identifying root causes of problems quickly and implementing effective solutions.

Benefits & conditions

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
