Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support or desktop support roles with a strong understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
  • Solid knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
  • Familiarity with computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, VPNs, firewalls, and network security tools such as Meraki.
  • Experience with IT support tools like SCCM for software deployment, GPO for policy management, Active Directory for user management, and DNS configuration.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users with excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analysis skills to diagnose issues efficiently and implement effective solutions swiftly.
  • Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira is preferred.
