Agile Product Owner Lead

We are looking for a Product Owner based in Belgium to take up the PO role within the Cross Product Testing (CPT) team, part of the Enterprise Money Movement (EMM) portfolio.

About the team:

The CPT team is part of the Platform+ Value Stream, the largest Value Stream within the EMM portfolio and a core component of the OPF ecosystem.

The purpose of the CPT team is to maintain product solutions, validate and ensure correct interaction between individual products, and identify integration challenges early, before they reach customers.

What you will be doing:

You will operate in a complex, global environment, managing multiple dependencies and stakeholders across regions. The CPT team is responsible for establishing a standard baseline for product solutions, including:

• Identifying integration issues as early as possible
• Defining reference configurations to help project teams accelerate new customer implementations
• Deploying and operating solutions in the Cloud
• Ensuring solution performance meets customer targets
• Performing regular certifications of new product versions delivered by individual products
• Extending CPT coverage by onboarding additional products, including APAC regional solutions

What you will need:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong OPF (Open Payment Framework) knowledge and exposure to the following products and domains:

• OPF: General payments knowledge, payment gateway
• XCT: Domestic and cross-border payments based on SWIFT (ISO 20022, CBPR+, EBA EURO1/STEP1, CHAPS, TARGET2)
• SEPA / SCTINST: SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, SEPA Instant Payments
• CBIS: Payment gateway, accounting
• XXS (nice to have): Fraud, Charges, Foreign Exchange, microservices
• USACH / WIRES: US regional payment execution products
• POM (Payment Order Manager): Payment acquisition from channels and routing to execution engines (SEPA, SCTINST, XCT, USACH, WIRES)

You are a strong leader, able to:

• Drive complex discussions
• Clarify unclear expectations
• Manage critical dependencies

Familiarity with Value Streams (VS) and Program Increments (PI) is required, along with a solid understanding of PO responsibilities within this delivery framework.
