Job description
The client is looking for an Expert IT Project Manager to lead a SAS migration program from end to end.
The role requires someone able to structure the migration approach, define a clear roadmap, break it down into concrete projects, and ensure delivery within the agreed timeline, budget, resource capacity, and compliance requirements.
The consultant will act as a central coordination point between ICT and the Business, with strong ownership of planning, communication, execution follow-up, and stakeholder alignment.
The consultant will be responsible for the full coordination of projects related to the SAS migration.
Main responsibilities include: analyze requirements and define a structured migration roadmap; translate the roadmap into a detailed project plan; split the program into individual projects with clear scope and deliverables; manage projects from initiation to completion; monitor timelines, budget, resources, risks, scope, and compliance requirements; organize and assign tasks based on team members' skills and availability; support, coach, and follow up with project team members; collect, structure, and communicate project information to stakeholders; act as the main liaison between ICT and the Business; coordinate and track ICT deliverables throughout the project lifecycle; escalate major deviations to sponsors when needed; document and maintain project knowledge for relevant stakeholders.
