This is what you move:

As a Business Intelligence Manager (All), you will leverage your expertise in data, analytics, and technology to drive insight-led media performance for our global client. Your responsibilities will span dashboard development, data pipeline optimization, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • BI and Data Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, BI reports, and optimize ETL processes and data models for efficient and scalable data insights.
  • AI-Assisted Development: Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI) to accelerate SQL and dbt script writing, debug data anomalies, and streamline data workflows.
  • Performance Analysis & Strategic Collaboration: Analyze media performance data to identify trends and anomalies, collaborate with media, marketing, and tech teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, and influence strategy through clear data presentation.
  • Data Integrity & Innovation: Ensure data integrity through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of backend data infrastructure, while staying ahead of industry best practices and advancements in BI, data visualization, and AI capabilities., Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we're just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment. Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience as a business intelligence or reporting specialist.
  • GenAI Application: Practical, daily experience using Generative AI tools as a research and coding co-pilot, with the core technical expertise to confidently guide and validate AI outputs.
  • Technical Skillset: Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools, and strong SQL and scripting skills (Python, R, etc.) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, or Matlab).
  • Platform & Tool Proficiency: Cloud platform experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and skilled in Git; experience with dbt (data build tool) is a plus.
