Job description

We believe in a future where business AI - including agents within amber and other platforms - works on a shared context layer, enabling teams to work faster, handoffs to be seamless, and expertise to remain within the company., * You integrate, fine-tune, and deploy multimodal models (vision & language) that directly improve product quality, speed, and scalability

  • You evaluate and benchmark frontier models on industry-specific datasets to ensure they perform where it matters for our users strategies

  • You develop fast, lightweight AI systems that reduce latency in search and generation
  • You stay ahead of the curve by researching and applying techniques like retrieval-augmented generation and open-source SOTA
  • You collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams to turn business goals into smart, AI-powered features
  • You guide technical experimentation and champion innovation from small model tweaks to introducing entirely new architectures

Requirements

  • You have deep expertise in Large Language Models and their real-world applications; from fine-tuning to evaluation and production deployment
  • You have at least five years of hands-on experience with deep learning (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX), including training, scaling, and debugging neural networks
  • You've built and tested your own model architectures, and supervised training on large-scale compute clusters or cloud infrastructure
  • You're fluent in at least one compiled or strongly typed language (e.g. Java, C++, C#, Rust) and have a solid foundation in systems-level thinking
  • You can work confidently with GitOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and collaborative engineering environments
  • You have hands-on experience using AI in your everyday life inlcuding image generation, code generation classification, etc.
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have published papers at international conferences or journals about deep neural networks and their applications
