Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be a key partner in maintaining and improving Bizzdesign's core business systems. The role focuses on keeping our Salesforce environment stable, secure, and continuously evolving, while supporting automation, process improvements, and system integrations. You'll be part of an international team and contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives when needed. What will you do

• Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate closely with the CIO and Salesforce team on system development and implementation.
• Optimize workflows and design innovative solutions that enhance team collaboration.
• Support and maintain tools such as Salesforce, Certinia, and other business-related systems.
• Improve processes through redesign, automation, and digital transformation.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to minimize business impact.
• Engage with stakeholders, collect feedback, and drive ongoing improvements. • Are based in the Netherlands and fluent in English.
• Have around 3 years of experience.
• Enjoy improving systems, building automations, and making processes work more smoothly., * You have ~3 years of experience with Salesforce Flows and automations and are eager to keep learning.
• You have a basic understanding of API integrations; exposure to FinancialForce / Certinia is a plus.
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, take ownership, and can prioritise effectively. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
