Junior Compliance & Information Security Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Compliance & Information Security Specialist with a strong technical foundation to support the development and implementation of compliance and security frameworks.

This is a hands-on role, not purely policy-driven. You'll work closely with technical teams to embed compliance directly into systems, software, and infrastructure, gaining real-world exposure to frameworks such as ISO27001, ISAE 3402, and GDPR., * Translate compliance requirements into practical technical controls and procedures

• Support implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems
• Assist in building structured control frameworks and compliance matrices
• Develop technical SOPs to embed compliance into internal systems
• Support ISO27001 audit preparation and ongoing compliance activities
• Contribute to secure software development practices
• Assist with network security, monitoring, and incident detection (SIEM, IDS, IPS)
• Support vulnerability management (scanning, patching, remediation)
• Work with asset and configuration management systems (CMDB)
• Contribute to operational security processes including system hardening and malware protection

• 0-2 years of experience in compliance, security, or IT
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of:
• Linux systems
• Python (basic scripting)
• Security and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO27001, GDPR, or ISAE 3402 is a plus
