Responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage Cloudflare WAF and Zero Trust solutions
• Support AWS and Azure cloud environments with a focus on security and performance
• Administer Windows and Linux systems across production environments
• Manage virtualisation platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM-based solutions
• Implement and maintain network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, and SolarWinds
• Produce and maintain technical documentation including HLDs and LLDs
• Configure and manage load balancers and reverse proxies
• Support networking infrastructure including firewalls, routing, switching, and VPNs
• Work within datacentre environments supporting physical and virtual infrastructure
• Manage centralised logging platforms such as Graylog and Elasticsearch
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions including Veeam
• Manage PKI environments and certificate services
• Carry out vulnerability scanning and patch management using tools such as Nessus and OpenVAS

Skills/Must have:

• Strong experience with Cloudflare (WAF / Zero Trust) or similar technologies
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
• Strong Windows and Linux administration skills
• Hands-on experience with virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Proxmox)
• Solid networking knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Understanding of vulnerability management and security best practices
• Experience producing technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
