IT Support Specialist I

This entry-level role supports daily IT operations, technical support, and administrative tasks across multiple departments.

• Setting up equipment and workstations for both in-office and remote new hires, troubleshooting basic IT issues, maintaining IT inventory and support documentation, and coordinating with third-party IT vendors when escalation is needed.
• Assist with data entry, data cleanup, report generation, file organization, internal AI request management, Filevine support, and light coordination for technical projects.

• Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting
