Job description
- Provide customer support via email, chat, and ecommerce platforms
- Handle order processing, order issues, refunds, and tracking inquiries
- Support ecommerce operations, order fulfillment, and customer experience
- Maintain accurate communication and timely response rates, * Perform trading card grading and evaluation using industry standards
- Assess card condition, centering, edges, and surface quality
- Organize and prepare card submissions for grading services (PSA, SGC, ISA etc.)
- Assist with inventory management and collectibles handling, * Provide IT support, help desk support, and technical troubleshooting onsite
- Maintain hardware, software, and ecommerce system integrations
- Assist with automation, scripting, and development tasks
- Support internal users with system access, errors, and performance issues
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, call center, or ecommerce support preferred, but not required
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, WhatNot, or similar is a plus, but not required, * Experience with sports cards, TCG, or collectibles grading preferred
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Knowledge of grading scales and card condition standards
- Collector background or hobby experience is highly valued, * Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
- Working knowledge of programming, scripting, or web development preferred
- Familiarity with ecommerce systems, APIs, or integrations is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
