Job description

  • Provide customer support via email, chat, and ecommerce platforms
  • Handle order processing, order issues, refunds, and tracking inquiries
  • Support ecommerce operations, order fulfillment, and customer experience
  • Maintain accurate communication and timely response rates, * Perform trading card grading and evaluation using industry standards
  • Assess card condition, centering, edges, and surface quality
  • Organize and prepare card submissions for grading services (PSA, SGC, ISA etc.)
  • Assist with inventory management and collectibles handling, * Provide IT support, help desk support, and technical troubleshooting onsite
  • Maintain hardware, software, and ecommerce system integrations
  • Assist with automation, scripting, and development tasks
  • Support internal users with system access, errors, and performance issues

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or ecommerce support preferred, but not required
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
  • Experience with platforms like Shopify, WhatNot, or similar is a plus, but not required, * Experience with sports cards, TCG, or collectibles grading preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Knowledge of grading scales and card condition standards
  • Collector background or hobby experience is highly valued, * Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
  • Working knowledge of programming, scripting, or web development preferred
  • Familiarity with ecommerce systems, APIs, or integrations is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
