IS Systems Engineer (M365 & Azure Platform)

CITITRENDS is seeking a high-impact IS Application Support Analyst to support and optimize the critical systems that power our business. In this role, you will be at the center of technology and operations-ensuring our applications run smoothly, solving complex issues, and supporting innovation across stores, distribution centers, and corporate teams., * Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for business-critical applications

• Install, configure, and maintain networks, hardware, software, and user accounts
• Diagnose and resolve system, application, and network issues efficiently
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure system performance and reliability
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and system utilization
• Support and participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Coordinate with vendors during outages, updates, and system issues
• Monitor system performance and track key metrics
• Create and maintain documentation, reports, and system logs
• Train users on system functionality, usage, and security best practices
• Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution
• Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide occasional night/weekend support and travel to distribution centers as needed

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies

• Familiarity with software development processes
• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• Ability to navigate challenges and drive resolution
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environments, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, * Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands for computer work
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying priorities
