We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Level 2 IT professional to join our team at Polaris Healthcare. As a Level 2 IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our employees and affiliated providers. Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in IT?, * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2019, 2021, and 2025, and Microsoft MS Office 365
- Perform systems administration tasks, including Active Directory and Windows Group Policy management
- Troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, file, and print services
- Utilize solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Microsoft MS Office 365
- Experience with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and Citrix is a plus
- Utilize Remote Management Tools for troubleshooting and support
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Valid driver's license and reliable car
Benefits & conditions
- Salary based on experience: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
