The Role Are you a financial systems expert with a passion for precision? As our SAP Functional Consultant for Finance, you will be the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all financial processes within SAP. You won't just manage data; you will design best-in-class solutions, configure the SAP S/4 system, and act as a vital link between our financial objectives and technical execution. If you are a strategic thinker who excels at translating complex business needs into robust technical solutions, we want to hear from you., * Business Analysis & Strategy: Elicit and document detailed business requirements for financial processes, performing fit-gap analyses to optimize our implementation of SAP S/4 HANA.
- Expert Configuration: Design and configure SAP FI-CO modules, including General Ledger, Product Costing, and Margin Analysis (costing-based and account-based CO-PA).
- Seamless Integration: Ensure FICO integrates perfectly with other SAP modules (SD, MM, IM) and external applications such as AR Settlements, banking interfaces, and ADP payroll.
- Operational Excellence: Lead the execution of credit checks, pricing procedures, and month-end close processes within the SAP S/4 standard product.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop comprehensive test plans, execute scenarios, and validate results to ensure flawless deployment of new FI-CO solutions.
- Support & Problem-Solving: Provide high-level post-launch support, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex incidents to maintain system health.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a highly experienced professional who thrives in a specialized, high-impact environment. To be successful, you will typically possess:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP Certification in the FI-CO module is a significant plus.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth functional knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA within the FI-CO module. You should have deep experience in General Ledger, Controlling, Product Costing, and Asset Accounting.
- Project Experience: Proven track record of working on at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Integration & Compliance: Familiarity with middleware technologies, data migration, and financial regulations, including VAT and Tariff reporting.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to influence stakeholders, manage expectations, and train end-users across cross-functional teams.
