Data Analyst

The Data Analyst serves as a critical contributor to Growth Ortho's data and analytics strategy, responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive financial and operational decisions across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs, translates those needs into analytical solutions, and ensures data accuracy and integrity. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that support financial, operational, and strategic initiatives. This position requires strong analytical, financial, and technical skills in t-SQL, Power BI, and data modeling, combined with the ability to communicate complex findings in clear, business-friendly language. The Data Analyst also supports automation of reporting processes, maintains documentation of metrics and data definitions, and contributes to the organization's data governance and quality initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, statistics, business analytics, information systems, or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical thinking with a track record of turning data into actionable business recommendations
• Proven experience conducting root cause analysis to diagnose data anomalies, system issues, and business performance gaps
• Proven ability to work with SQL and relational databases to extract, transform, and analyze data
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports in a professional environment
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions
