Senior Data Engineer

• Develop and optimize cloud based data storage and processing solutions using Snowflake.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with federated teams and data engineers to understand requirements and deliver high quality data solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all workflows and storage solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop reusable, modular stored procedures and scripts for data processing.
• Contribute to developing and implementing data governance best practices.
• Support metadata management, data quality processes, and enterprise data standards.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of data engineering experience.
• Proven experience with Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning.
• Hands on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, dbt, or equivalents).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD for data pipelines.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
• Informatica experience (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
• Exposure to orchestration tools.

• $120,000-150,000 per year
