Job description
Lead development of strategic security architecture: Define vision, standards, and frameworks aligned with business strategy and technology roadmap.
- Develop and write Security Standards and Policies: Contribute to formal security documentation and guidelines.
- Design and implement security strategies: Enhance controls and architecture for endpoints, mobile devices, containers, authentication, logging, and threat detection.
- Provide subject matter expertise: Advise on infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), application, and database security.
- Collaborate with business and IT: Determine security requirements by evaluating business needs, conducting security analysis, and preparing cost estimates.
- Support Dev teams: Design and improve Secure Software Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC); facilitate Proof of Concepts.
- Maintain technical knowledge: Deep expertise with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, Windows Servers).
- Cloud security management: Oversee cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) for security, performance, scalability, and availability; migrate on-prem workloads to the cloud.

Requirements
Industry focus: Experience in Gaming/Casino industry preferred.
- Required skills and certifications: TOGAF, PASTA, STRIDE; Bachelor's degree (preferred); Security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GSEC, etc.).
- Technical expertise: Proficient with Kubernetes, microservices, network design, mobile security, firewalls, vulnerability management, Zero Trust, PCI, GDPR, NIST, ISO27000, web/app security (OWASP Top Ten), DDoS, phishing, encryption, logging, incident response, SEIM, endpoint security.
- Project management: Experience managing full system development lifecycle.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, relationship-building, and consensus-building abilities.
- Language: Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred.
- Travel: Up to 15% overnight travel required.
- Location: Onsite in Davie, FL (no relocation unless already in Florida).
