Business Analyst - Manufacturing / ERP / Power BI

They are looking for you-an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze data, improve workflows, and support ERP system enhancements., * Support manufacturing departments by delivering data-driven insights and operational metrics

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision making
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support ERP system enhancements and business system integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business processes and reporting needs
• Assist with automation initiatives and technology improvements, including emerging tools and AI capabilities
• Maintain and improve data reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Bachelor's degree
• Approximately 2-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role
• Strong advanced Excel skills (candidates will complete an Excel assessment)
• Experience analyzing data and building reports or dashboards
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms
• Experience working with ERP systems and business data
• Ability to extract and analyze data using SQL or data querying tools preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights

• Background working in manufacturing environment
