Job description
- We are hiring an IT Support Assistant to focus on ERP and POS system support while providing broader IT assistance across the company. The role includes coordinating with vendors for ERP/POS issue resolution and maintenance, supporting non-IT staff with training and guidance, and handling basic internal IT troubleshooting., * Responsibilities

- Support the operation and maintenance of the company's ERP system

- Assist in the adoption and implementation of a new major ERP system

- Communicate with ERP vendors to help resolve issues and support optimization

- Create simple user guides and provide basic usage support for sales teams and non-IT staff

- Manage and support POS systems, working with POS vendors to resolve issues

- Provide POS usage support for store staff and internal teams

- Handle internal IT support tasks (account management, basic network and device troubleshooting, etc.)

- Participate in future projects for website development and internal system improvements
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of ERP/POS systems, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. This role also offers opportunities to participate in future website development and internal system improvement projects., * Requirements

- Basic knowledge and experience with ERP/POS systems

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors

- Ability to explain technical processes in a clear and simple way to non-IT staff

- Basic PC and network troubleshooting skills

- Problem-solving mindset and collaborative work approach
- Preferred Technical Skills (not required, but a plus)

- Programming experience with one or more languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#)

- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS, React experience a plus)

- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL)

- Experience with Git or other version control tools

- Exposure to Linux or cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle, etc.)
