IT Technician

• Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users across hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to operating systems such as Windows, IOS, and ChromeOS.
• Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to optimize performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain computer networks, including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewalls.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and Google Workspace.

• Proven experience in providing IT support with strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, IOS, and ChromeOS; knowledge of Google Workspace is essential.
• Solid understanding of computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, and network security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory management, Group Policy configuration (GPO), SCCM deployment, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including servers (Windows Server), network devices (Meraki), mobile devices, and operating systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users of varying backgrounds.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
