Job description
- Deliver instructions on module-specific training materials (trainer guide, user guide, and How-Tos) based on information provided by Curriculum Developers, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Subject Matter Experts, and the developed system.
- Learn multiple module-based training curricula and deliver it onsite in a classroom setting on a newly designed system.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a classroom setting training environment, preferably technology or software.
- Delivering onsite training throughout the state of New Mexico, as needed.
- Microsoft PowerPoint experience and experience incorporating Microsoft Word docs for how-to guides.
- Demonstrated experience in learning styles, participatory methods, and instructional design.
- Demonstrated experience in adult learning theory and practice.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to lead / facilitate meetings, provide demos for training.
- Any knowledge of working in M365 and SharePoint for document hosting (helpful).
