Cellphone Computer Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician. Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various electronic devices and equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills., Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, and computers

• Perform repairs following technical manuals, schematics, and standard operating procedures
• Utilize hand tools
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory levels

Proficiency in iOS, Mac OS, Windows, Android

• Experience with hand tools
• Knowledge of computer hardware components
• Familiarity with mobile devices and retail sales environments is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
• Previous experience in field service or repair technician roles is preferred
